Job Summary:

• Technical Manager (Security Solution)
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $ 7,000 + AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Jurong/ Toh Guan area

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a technical team, assign tasks effectively, and conduct performance reviews to drive growth and collaboration.
• Project & Technical Oversight: Oversee project execution, system commissioning, and pre-sales support to ensure alignment with customer and business goals.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to align technical strategies with company objectives.
• Resource & Budget Management: Manage procurement, equipment inventory, and project budgets, including capital expenditure planning.
• Quality, Compliance & Innovation: Ensure quality assurance, workplace safety compliance, and evaluate new systems to enhance competitiveness and service delivery.

Additional Information:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers.
• Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prefer a candidate with project management experience.
• Able to work independently and make good decisions.
