Bukit Batok - Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and actively support sales activities. This role bridges both customer support and sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and lead follow-up.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information, quotations, and order status updates.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely delivery.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.

Inside Sales:

• Support the sales team by generating quotations, preparing proposals, and managing documentation.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and outstanding payments.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Assist in identifying sales opportunities and new customer prospects.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Independent and self-motivated, desire to acquire new knowledge, good initiative and with positive working attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/client
