Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

AltitudeX is seeking a driven, hands-on Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing initiatives as the brand continues to grow. This is a highly cross-functional role that involves working closely with operations, customer service teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and enhance customer experiences in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer growth
• Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support partnerships and marketing initiatives
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels
• Support and coordinate in managing sports ambassadors and partnership activities

• Execute and optimise marketing campaigns in collaboration with appointed agencies, including media outreach and press materials to drive brand visibility
• Execute social media strategies across platforms, including content planning, creation, and scheduling
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer interactions in a timely and professional manner
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive traffic and conversions
• Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance based on key metrics and insights
• Execute and support on-site marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all customer touchpoints

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the marketing/tourism/hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content creation, and advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field
