Develop quality assurance and quality control plan
- Responsible for project’s Quality management system, Quality assurance process, and Quality control procedures
- Propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality management system
- Fully competent with ISO & Quality standards
- Conduct inspections/audits to ensure compliance with company health and safety policies, processes and procedures
- Liaise closely with inspectors from various authorities in ensuring compliance to regulations
- Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits
- Provide leadership and direction of all QA/QC personnels
- Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering
- A team leader, able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience as a manager in large scale building projects
- Candidate with experience in government building projects is at an advantage
