Course registration
  • Provide course advisory and assistance on IT related issues (eg. SingPass, e-attendance)
  • Ensure registration forms are filled up and key into softcopy.
  • Prepare attendance, invoices and payment acknowledgement forms
  • Assists with claims and adhoc matters
  • Ensure payments are collected by the first day of lesson
  • Ensure online and paper attendance are completed every sessions
Others
  • Provide general administrative support to faculty
  • Prepare course materials before class
  • Ensure classroom facilities are sufficient and in working order
  • Protect organization’s value and brand by keeping information confidential
  • Ensure compliance of policies set out by relevant governing bodies, e.g. EduTrust requirement, Private Education Act, Government agencies

Looking for commitments of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend preferred for this part time role.
