Course registration
- Provide course advisory and assistance on IT related issues (eg. SingPass, e-attendance)
- Ensure registration forms are filled up and key into softcopy.
- Prepare attendance, invoices and payment acknowledgement forms
- Assists with claims and adhoc matters
- Ensure payments are collected by the first day of lesson
- Ensure online and paper attendance are completed every sessions
- Provide general administrative support to faculty
- Prepare course materials before class
- Ensure classroom facilities are sufficient and in working order
- Protect organization’s value and brand by keeping information confidential
- Ensure compliance of policies set out by relevant governing bodies, e.g. EduTrust requirement, Private Education Act, Government agencies
Looking for commitments of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend preferred for this part time role.
