Manufacturing Engineer (Support)

Job Responsibilities:

Provides leadership to technicians(s) in daily operational functions
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to attain both short and long term Fab automation milestones
Streamlines control wafer management in bid to support and sustain daily Fab operations
Collaborates with Production Control & Planning teams for the timely administration of wafer-starts
Manages development and upkeeping of manufacturing peripherals so as to realize quality excellence towards hardware components
Spearheads improvement projects pertaining to wafer containers as part of continuous improvement and cost reduction drive
Cultivates Workplace Safety and 5S mindset in the Fab

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 1 year of semiconductor fab manufacturing background, fresh graduate with manufacturing engineering education background may apply
Team leadership experiences is an advantage
Independent contributor and robust self-starter with a strong inclination towards data-driven methodologies
Adequate in relating to a varying demographical workforce
Conversant with MS Windows software
