Customer Service Executive (Sea freight)
5 days, 8.45am-6pm, 1 half Sat (9.30am-12pm) once in every 3 months
Salary: $2800 -$3200Location: Jalan Pemimpin, Singapore 577177 (Marymount)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to sale department
- Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
- Preparation of documents for Import / Export/ Transshipments / D/O release
- Verifying for all costs
- Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc
- Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment
- Handling Consol and Taobao shipments
- Handling Import and export document
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding is required for this position.
