Job Description
We are looking for energetic and service-oriented Tea Baristas to support daily beverage operations and deliver excellent customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare tea and beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service
- Operate cashier and POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and beverage counter
- Restock ingredients and support daily store operations
- Ensure smooth operations during peak periods
- Energetic, proactive and responsive personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior tea barista / bubble tea experience preferred
- Team player with positive attitude and good communication skills
