Part-Time Social Media Specialist (20 hours per week, $12-$17/hr) - Bukit Batok

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Part-Time Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
3. Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and DMs, and actively engage with the community.
4. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
7. Assist with influencer outreach or campaign support if needed.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, startup, or agency.
2. Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
3. Strong written and visual communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
5. Bonus: Basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) or video editing skills.
6. Knowledge of performance analytics and basic KPI tracking (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
• Passion for mobile gaming is a bonus!
