Job Description:
- Provides quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care
- Provides Outpatient Pharmacy Services (e.g. medication review service-MRS, anticoagulation service- ACS) to patients
- Provides drug counseling to patients and drug information to healthcare professionals and handles queries from the public
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Pharmacy and be a Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Candidate takes initiative and be able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
As a Locum Pharmacist, you will be required to work a minimum 21 hours per week across a 5.25 day work week.
