Job Description:

• Take ownership of day-to-day execution of M&A and fundraising transactions.
• Lead and manage project workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with legal, audit, and other professional advisors during due diligence and regulatory review processes.
• Maintain effective communication between clients, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members throughout project execution.
• Support deal origination efforts and contribute to client engagement initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and build robust valuation models.
• Prepare high-quality pitch materials and client presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a proven record of completed deals.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform under tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
