Job Summary

Join a fast-growing employment agency as a Recruitment Consultant, driving end-to-end recruitment processes to source, screen, and place candidates locally and overseas. Collaborate with clients and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions in the construction sector.

• Operate autonomously and collaboratively as a goal-oriented team player reporting to the General Manager
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including client acquisition and gathering accurate job vacancy requirements
• Source candidates locally and overseas using diverse networks and platforms
• Screen resumes to accurately match candidates to job vacancies
• Conduct pre-interviews and coordinate effective interviews between candidates and clients
• Process applications, documentation, and logistics efficiently to support placements
• Collect placement fees and ensure timely follow-up on payments
• Maintain strong customer service by building and sustaining positive client relationships
• Organize and update daily task lists to ensure productivity and deadline adherence

• Possession of CEI Basic All license is advantageous
• Knowledge of labour legislation supports compliance and informed recruitment
• Experience with foreign construction workers enhances candidate sourcing and placement
• Experience with migrant domestic workers adds sector-specific insight
• Resourcefulness in leveraging local and overseas networks improves candidate sourcing
