IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support small to medium-scale mobility solutions projects to ensure delivery within defined objectives, scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
• Conduct end-to-end solution testing, including test strategy, planning, design, execution, interface validation, and defect resolution.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are tracked, resolved promptly, and minimally impact project timelines.
• Execute solution deployment activities and provide post-implementation technical support to ensure stable and smooth business operations.
• Participate throughout the full development lifecycle for both in-house and vendor-based developments, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.
• Support global and regional technical solution rollouts across the Southeast Asia region.
• Partner closely with business teams to develop strategic business, product, and technical roadmaps.
• Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend solutions that enhance business capabilities and competitive advantage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency and working processes.
• Support other strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Project Management or System Development.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on IT or technical solution development experience with strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to analyse requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent initiative, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and functions.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and ownership.
• Ability to adopt a “think global, act local” approach in solution delivery.
• Adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and change.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Southeast Asia region.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, multicultural, and results-driven environments.
• Willing to work extended hours when required to meet project demands.
• Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and presentation skills
