Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior / Manager, Finance & Controlling to partner closely with business leaders and support the CFO in driving financial performance, governance, and strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze management reports, variances, and performance dashboards
- Own budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing actionable financial insights
- Act as a finance business partner to senior management on pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance, controlling, or management reporting
- At least 3 years' experience as a people manager
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is an advantage
- Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical capabilities
- Independent, mature, and able to perform under pressure with high integrity
