Full-Time 5.5 Work days

Job Scope:

• Supervise daily warehouse outbound operations, including picking, packing, sorting, and shipment activities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within the required timeline.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency to achieve KPIs.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and proper manpower allocation.
• Conduct checks on packing quality, shipment accuracy, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and overall work performance.
• Provide on-the-job training, operational guidance, and safety briefings to warehouse staff.
• Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in inventory control, stock movement monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or outbound operations.
• Familiar with picking, packing, sorting, shipment, inventory coordination, and basic warehouse systems.
• Experience managing warehouse staff in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet operational KPIs and timelines.
• Responsible, hands-on, and good communication skills to be able to work both independently and as a team player.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and operational procedures is preferred.
