Responsibilities

Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target
Understanding customers' needs and recommend suitable products to them
Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities
Ensure call activities adhered to regulations and in line with the Quality standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience
Possess Insurance Certifications or open to take Insurance Certifications
Open to conduct outbound calls
