Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for industrial-grade PLCs.
- Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated system solutions.
- Lead and participate in design reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Create and maintain all necessary technical documentation, including specs, test plans, and reports.
- Drive prototype development, testing, validation, and continuous improvements.
- Provide technical updates and propose optimized solutions to stakeholders and management.
- Support production ramp-up and offer training to plant personnel.
- Contribute actively to internal innovation and R&D efforts.
- Must have mechanical design experience, ideally in industrial automation or electronics.
- Strong background in plastic, metal stamping, and die-casting design.
- High proficiency in ProE (SolidWorks, Unigraphics, AutoCAD also valuable).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to justify design decisions using calculations, simulations, and testing data.
- Open, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
