Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Operation Support to support our Data Center Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience in operational support, administrative tasks, and coordination within a dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support Data Center Engineers and act as a frontline liaison for customers
- Oversee daily data center operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Assist in planning and administering maintenance activities, including procurement support
- Update, upload, and manage customer reports and maintenance records
- Support internal and external audits, as well as assist with budgetary planning
- Maintain and manage contract documentation and records
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable team player who can complete assigned tasks within deadlines
