As a Sales Consultant / Senior Sales, you will be responsible for all sales activities in the store. Deliver quality and consistency of service, including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, selling, and delivering post-sale services.

The Job:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a refined luxury experience from the very first interaction.
• Provide expert advice on collections, utilising in-depth product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling.
• Maximise sales opportunities through strong client engagement, up selling, and tailored service.
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and consistent follow-up.
• Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfilment.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and uphold brand standards at all times.

The Talent:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium hospitality.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
• Genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship, horology, and fine jewellery.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a service-oriented approach, passion, motivation for sales, and a strong aesthetic sense.
