Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage external communications and stakeholder engagement for our construction project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to public inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the vicinity of the construction site.
Plan and execute outreach initiatives to keep residents, businesses and stakeholders informed of construction activities and potential impacts.
Monitor and follow up on public feedback and complaints until resolution.
Prepare and submit monthly reports on public feedback, complaints and mitigation actions taken.
Maintain accurate records of all public relations activities and communications.
Prepare and distribute advance notifications and project updates in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct site visits to address public concerns and ensure effective communication.
Support the project team in coordination of site-related activities and administrative matters.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle public feedback and complaints professionally.
Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with local community engagement practices will be an advantage.
Friendly and approachable personality.
