• 4 days a week on rotational basis

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure standardized workflows across departments.
• Conduct annual audits to identify bottlenecks and improve patient flow and scheduling.
• Maintain 24/7 ECC nurse shift coverage using data-driven scheduling.
• Optimize ECC triage and emergency case handling using digital tools.
• Monitor ECC performance using clinical KPIs such as patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave to ensure adequate coverage.
• Support staff growth through training, mentorship, and nurse coaching programs.
• Work with universities on internship and externship opportunities for nursing students.

• Candidate with Degree/Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or General Nursing is preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Cert III or Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing will be considered an advantage.
• Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in veterinary nursing is preferred.
