Geylang - Construction Site Supervisor

1. Responsible for site activities, managing and monitoring daily site operations.
2. Assist in the planning and deployment of manpower and resources to meet operational needs.
3. To coordinate with other work team supervisor.
4. Ensure availability of materials and equipment on-site to meet operational needs.
5. To direct control activities on site.
6. Monitor work progress, identify and resolve ground issues when required.
7. Site supervision of construction workers.
8. Ensure works are carried out in accordance to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety policy.
9. Attends all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

1. Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, BCSS.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
3. Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
4. Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.
