We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role. This position will provide administrative support to executives or managers while also overseeing financial tasks, such as budgeting, reporting, and managing expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management (scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, managing calendars, etc.)
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and emails for Managing Director

Finance Duties:

  • Assist in managing and monitoring company budgets
  • Monitor financial reports, statements, and summaries
  • Manage financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with tax filing and other financial compliance matters
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Merticulous and detailed skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
