Sales and Application Engineer/ Manager (Project Sales)

We are seeking a technically proficient and commercially driven Sales & Application Engineer/ Manager to spearhead solution-based project sales. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer challenges and advanced test & measurement solutions.
You will collaborate with some of the world's most innvoative companies and technologies, driving impactful projects across high-growth sectors including Electric Vehicles (EVs), Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our technical sales team, you’ll design and deliver integrated solutions using multi-vendor platforms for:
- EV and battery testing systems
- Power electronics and electrification testbeds (for aerospace data centers, etc)
- PV monitoring and energy analytics
- Grid simulation and energy storage testing
- DAQ and control systems (hardware & software)
Lead the full sales cycle—from discovery to proposal to closing—by building trust through technical expertise and and value-driven solutions.
Engage closely with customers’ R&D, QA, and production teams to uncover needs and co-create tailored solutions.
Deliver impactful demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops that highlight the capabilities and advantages of our solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineers, consultants, and global supplier partners to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
Identify emerging trends and applications, contributing to go-to-market strategies and driving business development.
Requirements- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or test systems integration
- Solid understanding of test & measurement tools, power electronics, and automated test systems
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as LabVIEW, PXI, DAQ or power analysers is a strong plus
- Strong communication, presentation and project coordination skills
- Industry experience in EV, aerospace, data centers, or renewable energy is highly desirable
