Our client is a local firm in Singapore.
Location: Central Region
Responsibilities- Quality checks on programmes on system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the content building and delivery on the LMS.
- Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver any other duties to support the ILT team (i.e. programme management, logistical support)
