Job Description:

• Establishing new accounts for plant equipment (30%)
• Maintaining relationship with current clients (70%)
• Targeting from Local / Foreign companies and factories in S.E.A
• Exchanging and translating information with Japan Headquarter and Local service team
• Ensuring timely delivery of item(s) to meet customer’s requirement
• Maintaining and updating of inventory records using software system (Autocount)
• Prepare sales quotation to customers

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing / semiconductor industry or min. 1 year experience in Sales
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Business level of Japan language speaking ability is required to liaise with Japan speaking internal stakeholders from Japan HQ and Japan Speaking Customers
• Business level of Chinese speaking ability is required to liaise with Chinese speaking internal stakeholders and Chinese Speaking Customers
• Experienced in working with MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint
• Willing to travel when required
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
