Your Role, Your Influence:

• Report to the Managing Director and provide strategic leadership for multiple projects.
• Ensure the alignment of all projects with the company's vision, objectives, and goals.
• Prepare and execute detailed start-up plans that outline project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure all projects are completed in line with the agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Define and set key performance indicators related to time, cost, and quality.
• Monitor the project's progress and make adjustments to stay within budget and on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Manage sub-contractors and consultants to ensure effective collaboration, timely delivery, and adherence to project budgets.
• Review and manage the master programme to ensure realistic timelines, resource allocation, and monitor progress to stay aligned with project deadlines.
• Ensure all project documentation and submissions, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and quality control reports, are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
• Assist in preparing tendering proposals by providing cost estimates, timelines, and resource plans to support new project acquisitions.
• Oversee all company projects, ensuring they align with company goals, maintain high-quality standards, and are consistently delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and supervise the project management team, including project managers and site supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Recognized PEB-accredited degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of trades involved in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and project finance
• Strong knowledge in authority submission processes and local building regulations
• Proven planning and scheduling expertise, particularly in resource management
• Varied project experience across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential sectors
• Healthcare and A&A project experience is highly preferred.
