about the job

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to a team of 4 to 6 stakeholders. Core duties include managing travel arrangements, expense management, overseeing various office management duties such as pantry/equipment supplies, liaising with service vendors, assisting with coordination and execution of internal and external team events.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced professional with at least 5 years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience. You should have a strong background in a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably within the financial services, consultancy, or professional services industries.
