Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment to meet production targets and output requirements
Perform equipment troubleshooting to support production efficiency and quality standards
Carry out preventive maintenance (daily and monthly) to ensure equipment reliability
Support production line operations in a controlled manufacturing environment
Participate in workplace safety and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in quality improvement projects and operational efficiency activities
Perform ad-hoc technical duties as assigned

Requirements:

NITEC in Engineering or related discipline
Able to read basic electrical and mechanical diagrams is an advantage
Willing to work 12-hour rotating night shifts and overtime
Comfortable working in a cleanroom / controlled environment
Responsible, willing to learn, and team-oriented
