Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to create cutting-edge embedded products
- Leverage embedded software programming expertise to build next-generation solutions
- Define product specifications and performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve functional goals
- Design, develop, and implement new features and system functionality
- Contribute to the creation of prototypes, pilot production, and mass production readiness
- Ensure smooth product launches for global markets
- Work closely with teams from engineering, QA, and production
- Visit manufacturing facilities to support production processes
- Opportunity to contribute to patented innovations and build an R&D portfolio
- Attend international exhibitions and tradeshows (e.g., in Japan, US, Germany)
- Be part of a team whose previous products have received global awards for innovation and quality
Qualifications:
- B.Eng or MSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in C-programming and embedded software development.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or microcontroller programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with communication protocols like I2C, SPI or UART.
- Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, or JTAG.
- Basic knowledge of signal processing, control systems, or power electronics is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
