Compliance & Quality Executive (Pharma) - Maternity Cover - Pandan Loop - Bukit Batok

• Assist in executing company's compliance initiatives.
• Draft and maintain company policies and procedures, including the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Organize and deliver compliance orientation and training sessions for staff.
• Manage the Legal Regulatory Quality document database, including contract reviews and tracking expiration dates with timely notifications to stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize regulatory documents to ensure they are current and accessible.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure documentation meets submission and registration standards.
• Oversee ISM & Export Control documentation, ensuring accuracy and coordinating audits for compliance.
• Review and revise ISO & GDPMDS documentation as needed, ensuring proper recordkeeping.
• Address quality issues including non-conformances, customer complaints, and change notifications, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Support the Management Representative in audit preparations and implement corrective actions based on audit outcomes.
• Ensure quality records are archived and retained in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

1. Diploma or higher qualifications in Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
3. Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO9001, GDP, or equivalents.
4. Experience in managing quality documentation.
5. Detail-oriented and thorough.
