We are looking for a passionate and skilled Section Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Section Chef, you will be responsible for running one of our five specialized kitchen stalls, ensuring excellence in every dish served.
Job Summary :
- Working Location : Pasir Panjang
- Working Day : Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook fresh hand-pulled noodles and dumplings right in front of customers.
- Lead and manage line cooks and prep cooks within your section.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes, maintaining consistency and high quality.
- Ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
- Collaborate with other section chefs to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Requirements :
- 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Passion for food, creativity, and commitment to excellence.
