We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team. This role requires to support daily customer service operations by handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, thereby maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform timely and accurate creation of Customer Orders (CO), ensuring a high level of data accuracy with minimal errors and adherence to required timelines.

Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and messages.

Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and within the required time frame.

Provide administrative and sales support to the Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams, including order processing and stock allocation.

Arrange deliveries and coordinate blanket orders to ensure timely fulfilment according to customer requirements.

Liaise closely with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Ensure all new projects and pricing are supported with approved quotations prior to submission for price creation in the system.

Create and maintain new project records,ensuring proper linkage to the relevant project references.

Process samples, redemptions, compensations,returns, credit notes and debit notes on a monthly basis or as required.

Complete assigned tasks within stipulated timelines and collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational objectives.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,particularly Excel and Word, for data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies to support business operations.

Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

Possess positive work attitude, willing to learn and have good time management skill.

Strong sense of urgency and accountability in completing tasks.
