Responsibilities:

Prevent vandalism, break-ins, and misuse of facilities.
Securely lock tenanted units, toilets, and utility rooms daily; promptly report issues.
Access control duties
Identify and report fire risks, follow emergency protocols.
Report equipment malfunctions promptly.
Perform scheduled tasks including point checks, escalator operation, and security patrols.
Fulfill other security duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Valid Security Officer License issued by PLRD
Security Officers with OBSE course completed
Senior Security Officers with SSM course completed
Strong communication skills.
Having First Aid and AED certified; CERT training is an added advantage (For some sites only)
