Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from preboarding to offboarding as well as provide solutions where needed and to carry out strategic development plans for talent management;
Responsible for all MOM-related issues, like work permit application, issuance, renewal, worker's training and certs, address registration, etc.
Responsible for managing the salary, vacation, attendance evaluation and calculation of the management-level employees, as well as the management and implementation of company policies.
Calculate payroll for workers (basic salary, overtime, commission & bonus etc).
Other HR and admin duties assigned by General Manager.
