Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, factories, and customers regarding delivery status.
- Prepare and issue sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices, along with debit and credit notes for vendors and customers.
- Handle shipping instructions for international shipments.
- Manage requests for quotations (RFQ) for new models and projects.
- Prepare delivery notes, packing lists, and monitor stock checks.
- Maintain and update purchase order records and monthly sales accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification.
- Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous.
- Prior experience in sales coordination within the electronics manufacturing sector is beneficial.
