Social Media Specialist - Toa Payoh

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
• Plan, schedule, and post content to engage the target audience and enhance brand visibility

• Develop and curate high-quality text, image, and video content tailored to our audience
• Work with the design and marketing teams to produce engaging campaigns

• Edit videos for social media using tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to the target audience

• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Foster a strong online community through meaningful conversations and engagement strategies

• Monitor social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Prepare reports and use data insights to optimise strategies and content performance

• Be willing to travel for events, on-site shoots, or client meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Creative thinking and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience (internship or freelance) in social media management is a bonus but not mandatory
• Open to occasional travel
