Production Planner (FMCG / EU MDR)

Responsibilities:

• In charge of production planning schedule and planning quarterly machine maintenance schedule.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of production floor and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485 Medical Device standard at all times.
• Liaise with sales to check and update production schedule and advise ETA of finished products.
• Based on the production plan, assign production operator to relevant machine and its target quantity.
• Prepare work order to production assistant and mixer to prepare the raw material according to the plan.
• Update completed work order quantity into the system when applicable.
• Generate reports for management review (productivity report, wastage report etc).
• Ensure sufficient stock for finished product and no out of stock issue
• Liaise with raw materials vendor and company overseas counterpart for ordering of finished products.
• Liaise with technician to ensure machine spare parts are available.
• In charge of ordering machine parts from supplier.
• Supervise and manage production team (training, leave approval, personal issues).
• Assist in ISO, EU MDR audit and preparation.
• Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma level with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central proficiency will be an added advantage.
