Sales & Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level)

Entry Level Position - Training will be provided

• Coordinate shipment arrangements and liaise with customers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules
• Prepare, verify, and maintain import/export documentation and compliance-related paperwork
• Upload FAIR reports and other required documents into customer portals according to requirements
• Manage end-to-end customer order processing, including spare parts fulfilment
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on order status, delivery coordination, and fulfilment enquiries
• Prepare quotations and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities
• Handle spare parts orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and margin tracking
• Generate Certificates of Origin (COO) and submit documents via customer portals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales orders and related transactions
• Provide general support in sales coordination and administrative functions

• Diploma / Degree or equivalent relevant working experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of order fulfilment or manufacturing operations will be an advantage
• Experience in Manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry preferred
