About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to to join our dynamic team at Cedele - The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd in the East Region. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our business.This is a full-time position based in the East Region, offering you the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
- Conducting market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform our marketing strategies
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and optimise marketing activities
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing solutions
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
