We have openings for part-time positions for the role of Administrative Executive (Part-Time). Flexible 2-5 days a week job.

Responsibilities
  • Manage & Update of the Online Store(s)
  • Manage & Process Online Orders;
  • Perform Quality Check on Stocks;
  • Manage Stocks, Showroom Display and Store & Office Supplies;
  • Prepare Management Reports:
  • Manage Social Media Accounts;
  • Provide Admin & Operational Support as required

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for minimum 6 months;
  • Meticulous, organized and with a good eye for details;
  • Proficient in MS Excel;
  • Good spoken/written English;
  • Singaporeans or PRs
  • Part-time tertiary students are welcome to apply.
