About the role
Are you an avid social media user with a knack for creating engaging content? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Social Media Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at Tassets Training Group. Based in the vibrant Queenstown Central Region, this role will play a key part in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and expanding our online presence.
What you'll be doing- Managing the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Developing and executing a content calendar to keep our social platforms active and engaging
- Creating visually appealing graphics, videos and other multimedia content to support social media posts
- Monitoring social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives
- Responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- 1-2 years' experience in a social media marketing or digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features and capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
- Creative flair and hands-on experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficient in social media analytics and measurement tools
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for digital marketing and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
