About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and proactive HR Executive to build and manage a full HR function from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to create real systems, frameworks, and processes — not just maintain existing ones.

You will be directly involved in every stage of HR development for a fast-growing construction and engineering company.

As you grow in the role, you will also take on basic payroll, CPF submissions, and support government filings (IRAS, GST) to strengthen our HR and compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement full HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, compliance, work pass applications, employee management, etc.)
  • Draft and maintain HR documents (contracts, policies, handbooks, etc.)
  • Handle MOM compliance, HR reporting, and submissions.
  • Support operational needs through efficient HR planning.
  • Manage basic payroll administration, CPF submissions, and assist in government filings (e.g., IRAS tax submissions, GST filing) — training will be provided if needed.
  • Continuously improve HR and basic finance workflows to support company growth.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge are welcome).
  • Good knowledge of Singapore HR regulations and practices.
  • Interest or willingness to learn basic payroll, CPF, GST, and IRAS compliance tasks.
  • Strong initiative — able to create solutions and structure even when starting from scratch.
  • Comfortable with a fast-moving, performance-focused environment.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of building an HR department.
