Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and Public Relations to join our team. This role will support two business units: our established fashion retail business, Club 21, and our new lifestyle e-commerce platform, Shop by COMO (SBC).

You will be a tech-savvy, social media evangelist who is an active and influential participant in her own social networks, adept at leveraging digital technologies to enhance brand engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of brand mechanics, communications, and how customers interact with luxury and retail brands throughout the customer life-cycle.

Job Responsibilities

Shop By COMO (SBC)
  • Content Marketing & Storytelling: Support the execution of content strategies for SBC that align with COMO’s values. Create, source, and curate content such as editorials, videos and photography across platforms.
  • Campaign & Editorial Shoots: Coordinate and support campaign and editorial shoots, working closely with photographers, stylists, and creative stakeholders.
  • Influencer Marketing & Public Relation: Assist in managing influencer outreach, partnerships, and traditional Public Relations efforts, including press kits, launches, and collaborations.
  • Alignment with Paid Media: Liaise with the eCommerce team to ensure content, storytelling, and visual assets are aligned across organic and paid media channels.
  • Brand Development: Work with the broader marketing team to help grow brand awareness and engagement through compelling, insight-driven storytelling across social media and email campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across related BUs represented on SBC. Act as a point of contact to coordinate approvals, support alignment between marketing content and stakeholder expectations. Fostering effective partnerships to ensure seamless execution of marketing and content strategies.
Club 21
  • Digital Marketing: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver an integrated digital marketing strategy. You will have to manage the overall calendar of events, which includes developing integrated campaigns, to support and deliver the KPIs set for the digital team. You will be in charge of growing our owned assets: the Club 21 mobile app, social media footprint as well as our lifestyle business units.
  • Analysis and Research: Gain customer insight through analysis of online website usage, trends and statistics using social media monitoring tools, Google Analytics etc. You will use this insight to drive continuous improvements of the online customer experience, improving online acquisition rates, engagement level etc and be able to translate these data into insightful monthly reports.
  • Content: Work with various departments in order to deliver the content strategy set by our Editorial team, and best represent the Club 21 brand through social media channels, including website, blogs, mobile app, social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. This includes managing partnerships with external content providers.
  • Online Public Relations: Work closely with Marcom and Editorial Team to develop and continually refine Club 21’s Social Media Communications and Online Public Relations Strategy. You will forge relationships with online consumer communities and represent Club 21 in online forums.
  • IT Development: Work with web agencies and MIS team to define and deliver enhancements to Club 21’s web properties and develop web-applications to meet our objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing, strong command of written English is a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, with prior experience in targeting local and regional markets will be highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in conceptualising, proposing, planning and executing online (digital) Marketing campaigns driving web traffic and participation.
  • Strong experience in project management involving cross functional teams for the delivery of new and existing online services to achieve the success of the marketing campaigns.
  • In tuned to social media, widgets and web mobile trends. Experience in marketing mobile services/applications is a plus.
  • Familiar with luxury retail and lifestyle branding
  • Strong passion for digital and exhibits a hunger and ability to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in excel
  • Excellent listening skills and good communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail and high aesthetic standards
