Job Description
- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the preschool curriculum and the principles of early childhood education.
- Develop engaging and creative activities to nurture children's language, literacy, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Tailor teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of children. Plan and prepare class projects, field trips and other experiential activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and consultations.
- Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to plan and implement cohesive programs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans.
