Join our engineering team to support the testing and validation of server and rack systems in a high-tech production environment. You will assist in test setup, perform diagnostics, support new product introductions (NPI), and work closely with engineers to improve test processes.

If you're experienced with Linux systems and proficient in C++, this is a great opportunity to apply your technical skills in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

Job Info:

Choose your preferred shift: DAY or NIGHT shift (4-3-3-4 shift schedule; 12 hours per day)
Working location at Tampines Industrial Area
Basic salary up to $3200

Our client is a technology manufacturing company specializing in server and data center hardware solutions (MNC)

Job Responsibilities:

Help engineers with testing server and rack products during production.
Set up and support PXE server configurations for testing.
Carry out and maintain tests like run-in, burn-in, and power tests.
Check and analyze product failures, then work with engineers to fix issues.
Take part in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities.
Keep test program lists and records up to date.
Prepare and update work instructions.
Train production staff on test procedures and work instructions.
Support new product launches (NPI).
Help during mass production testing.
Assist with ISO compliance activities.

Job Requirements:

NITEC or Diploma in Engineering with at least 1 to 3 years of working experience in IT, Semiconductor, or Server & Rack manufacturing environments
Basic programming and debugging knowledge in C++ and Linux is required
SAP knowledge is a plus
