Job Description:

• Peform general office administrative work
• Updating of ecommerce online products
• Updating of stocks number in excel spreadsheet
• Scheduling drivers for delivery
• Messaging Customers and Suppliers
• Picking, checking, packing and labeling goods
• Organising products to ensure it is accessible and easy to find
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Spreadsheet
• Interest in video-editing, media production and digital marketing
• Able to read and write in English
• Able to work for long term
• 9am to 12pm (Mon to Fri)

• Good performers may be groomed into content production apprentices, get to learn hands-on skills in video-editing, content production and digital marketing from our in-house team.
