Corporate Product Manager (Banking Industry, Cash Mgmt/KYC, $7.5k) (ID: 698456)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and refine the customer onboarding process and KYC lifecycle, focusing on digitalization of workflows.
• Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to launch and post-release enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and operations, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing for new and enhanced online banking functionalities.
• Develop and implement product strategies to support business growth and revenue objectives.
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures.
• Provide internal training for business teams on new products and product optimizations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in banking product management, particularly in corporate online banking, cash management, or KYC process optimization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Independent thinker with the ability to organize work and engage with business partners and service providers.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and efficient in follow-through under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
