Customer Service Officer | Part Time | East

Location: Changi Airfreight

Working Days/Hours: 9am to 6.30pm (Min 3 days commitment per week)
Activation fee: $50 per activation!! + Hourly Pay!!!

Job Duties

Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
Data entry and compilation of monthly statistics basic report writing
Assist in collation of feedback via various channels and key into NCMS
Crowd control management due peak hours
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
Prior relevant experience in pace-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
Comfortable around animals and plants
Comfortable in wearing PPEs (such as N95 masks and gloves)
