Business Partner, International Relationships - Toa Payoh

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound visits, including planning inbound itineraries, hosting and ensuring meaningful engagements with guests from overseas counterparts, stakeholders and business delegations.
• Curate events, updates, and other information to be communicated to overseas members via social media platforms, the ISCA website, including managing a WhatsApp community for members.
• Manage all MOU-related collaborations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and ensure that deliverables are met.
• Support the execution of programmes and projects through coordination with other departments and stakeholders, including collaboration requests from overseas PAOs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify relevant international trends and opportunities, by staying informed about global industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in managing partnerships and stakeholders’ relationships
• International Relations: Understanding of global industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in international partnerships.
• Stakeholder Management – Strong relationship-building skills with partners and stakeholders
• Cultural Awareness: Awareness of cultural differences and sensitivities when interacting with international partners and stakeholders.
• Event Planning: Experience in organising networking events, delegation visits, and engagement activities.
• Project Management – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives across different regions.
